AFAIK, there's two main creatures blind by lust in fantasy anime, either orc or goblin. Currently goblin is put on the spotlight more, with orc on second place, but Kazuma did get traumatized by female orcs LOL.

Nope, the manga is in English but not the LN, I've looked for it so much but never found it. If it ever does come out or if you find it somewhere then pls tell me.

It's even more impossible for my country if an english translation is not already available. Japanese LN is still not commercial enough here, so I usually buy imported english LN from local Japanese hobby shops and those are expensive for my standards (around 500k including tax and shipment cost).

Have you tried Amazon? It's usually easy enough to get imports through it. If necessary you can also go on a region specific version of the site for the country your trying to order from but it will require knowing the website address for it
